University Rowing Race – Come and support VŠE!
Teams full of stars from a total of 9 universities will measure their strengths in the Friday legendary rowing race on the Vltava River… And you can’t miss it!
The 110th edition of the SEV.EN Primátorky will start its race on Friday, June 2, 2023, under the Vyšehrad rock. The entire event is held under the auspices of the Prague Mayor and will last until Sunday, June 4, 2023.
The event itself will open with a university race, featuring a total of 13 university teams. In addition, students from 15 different high schools will have their first race ever at the event, as well as the youngest rowers in the younger pupils category.
At the event, there will also be a race for para-rowers who will compete for a nomination to the Paralympic Games.

One of the universities competing is our school, which has assembled a new team after a long 5 years and is thus facing a long-awaited grand comeback.
Our representative crew consists of students from 4 faculties – Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), Faculty of Informatics and Statistics (FIS), Faculty of Management (FM), and Faculty of Economics (FoEcon).

The selected representation of the Prague University of Economics and Business will start in the 2nd heat at 15:30. The expected final of the race is at 17:35.
Our support will be needed the most during the mentioned qualification for the final.

On the stands on Náplavka and Vyšehrad, you will have a great view of the entire race, nothing will escape your attention, and you can be right at the birth of the new champion of the Czech University Championship in eights!
